For those sceptical folks who thought that the "birth" of the TomKitten was faked at this time simply to promote Tom Cruise's latest piece of crap, sorry, I mean movie, it would appear that is not the case. Indeed Tom is not even going to attend to the worldwide premieres' because he would rather spend time with his week old "daughter" and his fake bride-to-be than do anything as trivial as self promotion...
oh, wait. Nope, it seems in fact that Cruise has changed his mind, and is coming to the UK premiere. Oh lucky us.
According to the BBC, Tom is quoted as saying (in an amazingly subtle play on the title of his movie)
"My mission impossible was to be here today. I didn't want to come. My daughter was just born, and I didn't want to leave her and her mother."
Tom has also discussed the teamwork he and his slave, oops, fiancee, are using to take care of the improbable child.
"We have a whole system worked out. It's the B and B - she does the breast feeding and I do the burping and changing the diapers."
It is surely easy for Katie to breast feed whilst chained to her bed, unable to escape the life she sold herself into. But we are interested in how this "teamwork" is manifesting itself while Tom is gallivanting around Europe; should child services be made aware that Suri is now festering in days old diapers? Or perhaps she was born a Level 7 Operating Thetan and can change her diapers with her mind?
