We want to say congratulations to Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale on the birth of their son. However we are a little dismayed that they did not chose to give the baby a religious name. We had plans for a celebrity baby creche specially designed for kids with a biblical moniker, but this really is a set back for that plan. In naming the child Kingston James McGregor Rossdale (why he needs four names is a mystery to us) they have bucked the trend started by baby Moses and continued by Bluebell Madonna. But there is hope yet, Britney has a bun in the oven, and seeing as how she has developed her own religion based on her baby, perhaps she will call her next one something appropriate like Jesus, Allah or Ganesh.

Come on! "King James?" Isn't that the BIBLE??!

Well we thought that was a bit of a stretch really, "King James" is a version of the Bible, and not a Biblical character.... plus the kid is called Kingston James... Im just not sure that our imaginary creche would think it was up to scratch, and Moses would probably pick on him for having the weakest religious name.

James is, for some reason, an English version of Jacob.

What is Gwen's obsession with Jamaica? Between the rasta inspired clothing and "Kingston", does she want to be West Indian?
